Wednesday this week is KempoX day!After core yesterday i am pretty happy to have KempoX instead of an Arms or Biceps.
The core was supposed to work the core muscle but i felt it more on the shoulders and arms with all those push-ups and plank chaturanga...lol
KempoX is a workout i like even if i miss some flexibility and dexterity on the left side (like for plyometrics and the baseball strike, i punch like a girl with my left arm.. lol).
KempoX is basically a lot of kicking and punching but you still use your core all along the workout to pivot the body to follow the moves.
Had again a lot of fun doing KempoX and a lot of sweat.
Keep up he good job people, keep pushing play.
3 day to go before taking the 30 day mark pictures for me and all 1st juner starters !!!!
