Today was suppossed to be recovery day but we had it yesterday, so we did KempoX.My legs are still hurting from YogaX and Legs and Back.
I still have some difficulties with some moves.
I used my new HRM and i simply love it. I hope it will help me getting in better shape.
I feel like i lost few pounds and few inches on my belt. I feel pretty happy about it.
Tomorrow will be chest and back, and i will try to switch from the bands to the pull up bar. I am just a little scared of the wide pull ups. But we will see...
