Kempo X, W8 D3

KempoX, almost halfway through the second "recovery" week.
And almost 2/3 of P90X done.

Pretty good workout, i felt full of energy, did the whole workout with an average of 128 HR (it is counting the warmup and the stretch session at the begining where i was in the 70's).

Good workout and probably a lot of calories burnt on that one

  2. I think it can help, but it is not mandatory...
    You can do well without.
    I got mine on crazy sale at sports authority for less than 20$.
