Kempo X..Even if a lot of people like this workout, i don't really like it.
Warmup with crecent pose and alike: i mean come-on, we did Yoga 2 days ago and Legs and Back less than 12h ago, give me a break...
Other wise some move ar still difficult to remember, and i really dislike kicking some air....
I might just replace kempoX by cardioX or even a cardio seance at the gym...
keep pushing play....
