Back and Biceps, Week 5 Day3

Back and Biceps,

We mix up things a bit compared to the first 3 weeks and we put back together the biceps curls and the pull ups...

Let me tell your straight: this workout is a killer...

New pull-up comng in Cob corn: I hate them

A very good but intensive upper body workout..
